What we do with what you send us.
The short version: we use your details to reply to you and for nothing else.
What we collect
When you send the request form on this site, we keep what you typed: your name, business name, email, phone if you gave one, the size of your office, what you’d like help with and the days that suit you. We also keep the date and the city your request came from, as reported by our web host, to spot spam.
When you email or call us, we keep the message or our notes of the call.
How we use it
- To reply to you, arrange a visit and prepare a quote.
- To keep a record of the work if you become a client.
We don’t sell it, rent it, share it with advertisers or add you to a mailing list.
Where it’s kept
Form requests are stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this site, and only the Magnus Opi team can read them. Email lives in our Google Workspace mailbox. Requests we haven’t acted on are deleted after about 13 months.
This website
The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Our host counts page visits without cookies, and the fonts load from Google Fonts, which sees your browser’s address when it sends them.
Your choices
Ask us to show you, correct or delete what we hold about you by emailing assistance@magnusopi.org or calling (832) 573-9297. We’ll do it within 30 days.
Client work
Data we handle while setting up AI for a client is covered by that client’s written agreement with us, not by this page.
