Private AI setup · Katy and west Houston

An AI assistant for your business, set up in person.

We come to your office, set up an AI assistant on accounts your business owns or on a computer that stays in your building, train your team, and stay on to keep it working.

Who it’s for

Offices of 2 to 50 people that want the help but not the risk.

  • Law and title offices

Drafts, summaries and intake notes, with client files kept on accounts you control.

  • Accounting and bookkeeping

Client letters, checklists and reconciliation notes, set up with your data rules in mind.

  • Insurance and real estate

Quotes, follow-ups and listing write-ups drafted for a person to check and send.

  • Trades and home services

Estimates, job notes and replies to customers, from the office or a phone.

  • Churches and nonprofits

Newsletters, sermon notes, grant drafts and volunteer schedules.

  • Clinics and dental offices

Office work first. Patient records stay out until your vendor has signed the agreement health rules require.

What we set up

Three builds. We recommend one after the visit.

  • On your business accounts

A business AI plan in your company’s name, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Business, Claude Team or Gemini in Google Workspace, connected to your email, calendar and shared files.

    Good for
    Most offices. Quickest to start.
    Where your data goes
To the AI provider under its business terms, which say it doesn’t train its models on your work by default.
    Monthly cost to you
The provider bills you directly, about $20 to $30 a person.
  • Hybrid

The business plan for everyday writing, plus an assistant on an office computer for the documents that should never leave the building.

    Good for
Offices with a few sensitive folders.
    Where your data goes
Sensitive folders stay on your computer. Everything else as on the left.
    Monthly cost to you
Seats as on the left, and no fee for the office computer’s assistant.
  • Fully private

An AI computer in your office that answers from your own documents using open models. Nothing goes to an outside AI service.

    Good for
Firms whose clients, or rules, say data stays in-house.
    Where your data goes
Nowhere. It stays on hardware you own.
    Monthly cost to you
No seats. The computer is a one-time purchase, quoted at cost.

How it goes

Three steps, each agreed before it starts.

  1. Visit

Two to three hours with you and the people who’d use it. You get a plan and a fixed quote within three business days.

  2. Set up and train

Plan on one or two days on site. We set it up, test it on your real work, and train your team in a one-hour session.

  3. Check in

We look in after a week and after 30 days to fix what isn’t working and tune what is. Care plans carry on from there.

How we handle your business

Plain rules for every job.

We always

  • Put every account in your business’s name. You own the logins.
  • Keep passwords in a shared vault, never on paper or in email.
  • Set it so nothing is sent, paid or deleted without a person approving it.
  • Leave written guides, so your team isn’t stuck waiting for us.

We don’t

  • Use personal AI accounts shared between staff. Their terms forbid it.
  • Promise the AI is always right. Your team checks what it writes.
  • Give legal, tax or compliance advice. We work with the people who do.
  • Install cameras or alarms. That takes a separate state license.

Who you’ll deal with

Magnus Opi LLC is a small studio based in Katy. Jason, our technical lead, builds AI assistant software and makes the visits himself, so the person who scopes your setup is the one who installs it.

Questions

Will the AI learn from our files and share them?

The business plans from Microsoft, OpenAI, Anthropic and Google say they don’t train their models on your work by default, and we check that setting during setup. With the fully private build, your files never leave your office.

Which AI do you use?

The one that fits how you work. If you already pay for Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, we usually start with the AI that comes with it. If your data has to stay in the building, we use open models that run on your own computer.

Do we need new computers?

Not for a setup on your business accounts: anything that runs a current web browser works. The private builds add one office computer, which we quote at cost after the visit. At October 2026 prices that is about $3,500 to $5,100.

We already have an IT company. Is that a problem?

No. We’re happy to work alongside them. We handle the AI side and agree with them on who looks after what.

We’re a medical or dental office. Can you help?

Yes, with office work first. Patient information only goes into an AI tool whose provider has signed the business associate agreement that health privacy rules require, and we’ll tell you on the visit which tools qualify.

What does it cost each month after setup?

The AI plan’s own seats, if you use one, billed to you by the provider. A care plan is optional: $199 a month for setups on business accounts, $399 for private builds, and you can cancel any time.
